Our mobile concrete batching plants are facilities that are used for the production of concrete on the construction site. They consist of a series of equipment that weighs, mixes and discharges the concrete ingredients.

Components of a mobile concrete batching plant

Classification
Mobile concrete batching plants can be classified according to their mixing method. Dry way mixing plants mix the dry concrete components before adding water. Wet way mixing plants mix all the ingredients at the same time.
Mobile concrete batching plants can also be classified according to their production capacity. Small capacity plants produce up to 20 cubic metres of concrete per hour (26 cubic yards per hour). Large capacity plants produce more than 90 cubic metres of concrete per hour (118 cubic yards per hour).
